Engagement - Contract
Both parties will sign our Remuneration Services Management Agreement.
Policy Development
We will spend time working within your business, reviewing your policies and gaining a greater understanding of the needs of your business. Through the policy development process, we can recommend various strategies to help you gain greater efficiency and possible cost savings to your organisation.
We will provide policy statements on:
- Remuneration Policy including Authorised Benefits for Salary packaging;
- Motor Vehicle Policy: We can also work with you on the most cost efficient management (fleet management and FBT liability management) of your work facility or Tool of Trade vehicles.
Bureau Implementation
We will work closely with your payroll department on the procedures for the integration of our administration system and your payroll system. If you have existing salary packaging arrangements in place, we will conduct an audit of these arrangements to ensure the accuracy of your records. Remember, this is designed to be a totally outsourced solution for your organisation.
Presentations
Presentations will be held at all company locations where required. This is the first part of our employee education process and is critical for the success of the project.
Consultations
Individual consultations will be held in your offices/locations in order to provide all employees and their spouses the opportunity to meet with one of our consultants and receive professional packaging advice.
